Saskatchewan Soccer Association Insurance Policy

If your child is registered in Saskatoon Youth Soccer and becomes injured while playing soccer during the season, there is insurance available. For the entire policy, click here.

An injured SSA member must contact the SSA within 90 days of the date of the injury:

A claimant has ONE year from the date of injury to submit a claim (attached form and receipts to this office) but it is recommended that they send their claim in as soon as possible. Claimants should keep a copy of everything for their files.
